Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew
Home of the Emerald Buddha. Go early to beat the heat and the crowds.
Thailand's capital is loud, golden and endlessly fun. Three nights is the sweet spot, before or after the beach.
Bangkok is Thailand's capital and its main international gateway. Most of our customers spend 3 nights here, enough for the Grand Palace, Wat Arun, a floating market and a full day of shopping, and combine it with Phuket for the beach. Phuket is about 1h20 away by air.
Bangkok traffic is famous, so staying near the Skytrain or the river saves hours.
On the Skytrain, full of malls and restaurants. The Nana and Soi 3 area is known for Arab and halal food.
Siam Paragon, MBK and Platinum Fashion Mall, plus Pratunam's wholesale clothing market.
Hotels on the Chao Phraya with river views, close to the old city and ICONSIAM.
Neon signs and famous street food after dark. Best for an evening visit rather than a base.
Three nights goes fast. These are the experiences we'd fit in first.

Home of the Emerald Buddha. Go early to beat the heat and the crowds.

The Temple of Dawn on the river, at its best around sunset from the opposite bank.

Damnoen Saduak, about 1.5 to 2 hours from the city: boats piled with fruit, food and souvenirs.
Day trip · optional extra
ICONSIAM, Siam Paragon, MBK, Platinum and the Chatuchak weekend market.

Yaowarat Road comes alive after dark. Take a tuk-tuk at least once.

Noodles, grills and mango sticky rice. Ask your rep which stalls are halal.
Bangkok has a large Muslim community and halal food is easy to find. The area around Sukhumvit Soi 3, near Nana, is known for Arab, Lebanese and Indian restaurants; many big malls have halal options in their food courts, and Suvarnabhumi Airport has prayer rooms.
Bangkok works best as part of a bigger trip, with Phuket for the beach.

For most of our customers, yes. Three nights covers the Grand Palace and Wat Arun, a floating market and a full day of shopping. If shopping is the main goal, add a fourth night.
Siam and Pratunam put you next to the big malls and markets. Sukhumvit is a good all-rounder, on the Skytrain and close to many halal restaurants.
