FAQ

Questions we get asked a lot

Do Israelis need a visa for Thailand?

No. Israeli passport holders can enter Thailand without a visa for a tourist trip. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months, and you need to fill in Thailand's online arrival card (TDAC) in the days before you fly. The allowed length of stay changes from time to time, so we confirm the current rule when you book.

How long is the flight from Israel to Thailand?

About 11 hours on a direct flight (Arkia, and sometimes El Al). With one stop via Abu Dhabi (Etihad) or Dubai (flydubai) the journey takes longer, depending on the connection. We can also fly you from Amman.

When is the best time to visit Thailand?

November to April for Phuket and Krabi, and November to February for Bangkok. May to October is the green season: showers, rougher seas and lower hotel prices. See our month-by-month guide.

Is halal food available in Thailand?

Yes, and it's easy to find, especially in Phuket, Krabi and Bangkok. Read our halal food guide.

What is included in a Thai Journey package?

Return flights, hotels, airport transfers and travel between cities, a Thai SIM card, an Arabic-speaking rep at the airport and on transfers, and 24/7 support from our team in Phuket.

Are island trips included?

No. Day trips like Phi Phi or James Bond Island are paid separately. Because we contract the local operators directly, our customers get them at discounted rates.

How much does a Thailand package cost?

It depends on your dates, hotels, number of nights and who's travelling, so we price every trip individually. Send us your details on WhatsApp and we'll reply with a full quote in shekels. You can pay in up to 12 instalments.

Who helps us while we're in Thailand?

An Arabic-speaking rep meets you at the airport and handles your transfers, and you can contact him throughout the trip. Behind him is our operations team in Phuket, available 24 hours a day.
