We're small on purpose — for now.
Thai Journey is a lean team split between Umm al-Fahm and Phuket, and we're just getting started on Europe. We're not actively hiring for specific roles at the moment.
Where things stand
We're not running a formal application process right now — no open roles, no forms to fill out. That's less about being closed off and more about staying honest: we'd rather tell you there's nothing open than collect résumés for jobs that don't exist yet.
That said, we're actively growing our Europe desk, and small agencies like ours tend to hire in bursts rather than on a schedule. If that changes, this page will say so.
What we tend to look for
When we do bring someone on, it's usually someone who fits this shape:
- Real, lived time in a destination we operate in — not just an interest in travel.
- Comfortable owning a client relationship directly, including the parts that go wrong.
- Prefers a small team where one person's work is visible, over a large one where it isn't.
